Tahini (sesame paste)
1 clove of garlic
Dash of virgin olive oil
Salt, pepper (recommendation: Tamangur herb pepper adds a super tasty touch)
Finely puree all ingredients in a blender, starting carefully with the water and adding in sips until desired consistency is reached.
