Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 1 hand of greens (lettuce, lamb's lettuce, spinach, chard)
- 1 tablespoon beetroot/beetroot sprouts
- 2 dates
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Water
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender, garnish with beet sprouts in the jar, and enjoy immediately.
