It is recommended to grow wheat in soil and it is best drunk as fresh grass juice.
This is packed with enzymes, which have a strong anti-inflammatory and cell renewal effect. Vitamin B17 (laetrile) also supports this effect; it is considered very beneficial for protecting those with cancer.
Alternatively, the seeds can be soaked in our jars. After 2-3 days of growth in the jar, they are ready to be eaten as sprouts in mueslis or as a garnish for salad.
