Zinc

Zinc is a central trace element in the human body. It is involved in more than 100 enzymatic reactions and is important, among other things, for an intact immune system, wound healing, clear skin, insulin metabolism and is involved in the function of the reproductive organs of both sexes.

Flexbox below:

Simultaneous intake of vitamin D, calcium, copper or iron inhibits the absorption of zinc into cells.

Combining sprout seeds with sprouts/microgreens is helpful for the absorption of zince (uptake into the cell). This lowers the concentration of phytic acid, which otherwise has an inhibitory effect on the absorption of zinc.

Zinc is also better absorbed by the body when taken in combination with proteins. In this respect, nature once again makes it easy for us with sprouts, because zinc and vegetable proteins are also found together here.
